Hey everyone, today I am going to show you how to make a Pop-Up Card, some call it Card in a Box. Either way...I watched about 8 different YouTube videos but found the PERFECT, easy to follow Pop-Up Card tutorial on Splitcoast stampers. It is an old video where she uses old, retired products from several companies, but I am only sharing it because it is so easy to understand how to make your own. When you are ready to make your card, follow this link http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/tutorials/popupboxcard/
My grandson just turned 2 and he LOVES Ninja Turtles. I made this simple card and he loved opening and closing it because they pop out at him. Easy to please this 2 year old!!
The photos were taken at 2am so the lighting is off, but you get the idea. The photo below is the card sitting on top of his presents wrapped in Ninja Turtle paper.
Did you know this folds down flat and fits in an envelope? It does!!! You can mail this card and when they open it, the card "POPS" into a box.
I used the Owl Builder punch to create the eyes and then just drew the mouth with the Basic Black marker.
Click on any of the items below to purchase them in my store.
