A Quick Masculine card...

Masculine cards are always difficult because you can't really use butterflies, flowers and all the cute things that we think makes a card beautiful! Stampin' Up! has so many handsome stamp sets that work perfect for a masculine card. What happens if you don't have any of those? What about just card stock made into something masculine.

Since my husband passed away I have realized just how much he did in our marriage and I did not learn to do because I counted on him and he did an awesome job. If something needed to be fixed or built, I didn't think twice about fixing it...I just asked him. Now I need to do more on my own.

I needed a small area in the basement closed in and I didn't have a clue how to do it. I started with four 4' x 8' peg boards because I wanted to be able to hang things up. I actually had to use a circular saw for the first time in my life and I still have all 10 fingers!!!

I was lamenting about the job while carpooling and two of my friends said that they would come help. Of course I took them up on the offer.

I made a quick masculine card - TWICE ! One nice thing about masculine cards is that they probably don't read my blog. LOL

I found a similar card on pinterest and here is what I came up with. I need to warn you, it is not all Stampin' UP! supplies so I will only post what I can below to purchase. The tool brads bought at a stamping and scrap-booking expo several years ago.
